What you'll be doing
The Senior Allied Health Professional is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, providing quality dietitian services to patients/ clients of the SNSW Local Health District in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.

Selection Criteria

1. Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia (DA).
2. Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Extensive specialist renal experience, clinical proficiency & awareness of renal practice and ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
4. Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload across a regional area.
5. Demonstrated commitment to career development, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities.
7. Demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision.
8. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
