Responsibilities:
* Regional Growth & Development: Oversee the expansion of our presence in key markets, driving revenue growth and strengthening existing partnerships
* Strategic Partnership Building: Develop trust-based relationships with airports, parking providers, and industry stakeholders
* Commercial Growth & Deal Conversion: Identify, shape, and close new business opportunities, converting early interest into trials, contracts, and long-term partnerships
* Proposal & Tender Leadership: Own the end-to-end process for RFPs, tenders, and proposals, delivering compelling responses that meet customer needs
* Implementation Oversight: Lead partner implementations from contract through go-live, ensuring smooth handovers and stakeholder alignment
* Operational Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational success during launches, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery
* Cross-functional Leadership: Work with Product, Service Delivery, and Business Development to ensure aligned execution and customer satisfaction
Skill and Experience Requirements:
* Proven commercial leadership in hybrid roles, ideally in Airport, Parking, or SaaS sectors
* Demonstrated ability to own a region or market, drive revenue growth, and build high-value partnerships
* Track record of leading complex deals from pitch to negotiation and implementation
* Experience working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Service Delivery, with a clear understanding of go-live readiness and customer onboarding
* Excellent numerical, analytical, and commercial acumen, with the ability to assess market dynamics and customer ROI
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders
* Deep understanding of enterprise technology and the ability to translate customer needs into product feedback
