About the role
The Hub Gourmet Butcher is seeking a part-time Butcher to join our team in Aberfoyle Park, South Australia. As a Butcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality meat products and exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and cutting meat products for the shop.
* Providing excellent customer service and advice on meat selection and preparation
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
* Certificate III in Meat Processing (smallgoods manufacture preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety best practices
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
* Australian citizenship is required for this position.
