About the Role
This is a dynamic retail sales role where you will be working with our customers to identify and meet their power tool needs. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of our products and share that expertise with others.
Key Responsibilities
* Process over the counter/phone sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Inform customers about current promotions and special offers, and ensure they are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
* Deal with customer queries/complaints and offer solutions promptly and professionally.
* Manage merchandising and store displays effectively, to maximize sales potential and create a visually appealing store environment.
* Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve power tool knowledge and sales skills.
* Work a rostered day on the weekend each week, as part of our 11-day roster.

Requirements
* Prior experience in sales, retail or trade is highly desirable.
* A genuine interest in tools and power tools is essential.
* Familiarity with basic computer operations is required.
