This part-time role involves supporting prospective residents and their families as they transition into our thriving community.
The right candidate will be available to work five hours per day, two days per week, with flexibility for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES
* DELIVER AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
* Achieve sales targets by guiding prospects from enquiry through to settlement
* Represent us with professionalism and integrity within the local community
* Stay across local market trends and competitor activity in the region
Requirements
* 2–3 years' experience in face-to-face sales (retirement living, real estate, or similar preferred)
* Proven ability to convert leads into successful outcomes through ethical sales practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected to a national sales team
* Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
