Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our outdoor spaces. The Gardener will work closely with our landscaping team to ensure that our gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
* Plant, water, and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs
* Mow and edge lawns
* Trim and prune trees and shrubs
* Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
* Install and maintain irrigation systems
* Maintain garden equipment and tools
* Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
* Collaborate with landscaping team to design and implement new outdoor spaces
* Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Gardener
* Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs
* Ability to operate and maintain garden equipment and tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
