Position: New Home Advisor Location: Display home, Nar Nar Goon, Victoria
Working hours: Full‐time, Wednesday to Sunday (weekend work is essential).
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the day‐to‐day operations of the display centre
* Greet and assist visitors, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades, options and contingencies
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframes and budgets
* Ensure all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
* Manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor
* Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations
