Job Title: Project Officer, Assets
About the Role:
* This position involves overseeing high-level project delivery services in planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for performing roles such as Project Manager, Client Representative, Contract Manager, and Site Supervisor on assigned projects.
This is a maximum term full-time position (35 hours/week).
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in Building Certification, Project Management, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering are required.
* The ideal candidate should have experience in managing project delivery or equivalent in another sector with significant projects over $1 million.
* Demonstrated high-level procurement and contract management skills and experience are necessary.
* Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with committees, government agencies, and contractors with negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
* A current Driver's License is required.
