Responsibilities
- Ideate and produce short-form, social-first content for TikTok and Instagram, including trends, memes, and star-driven edits
- Edit video and audio assets, ensuring high-quality, platform-optimized output
- Write compelling captions and copy in both Thai and English
- Track and interpret emerging social trends, adapting styles and formats to fit brand and campaign needs
- Collaborate with social marketing teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Create content that reflects Southeast Asian nuance and HBO Max’s brand personality across regional markets
- Deliver fast-turnaround, reactive content to capitalize on trending topics and moments
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor content performance to inform future creative decisions
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in both Thai and advanced English, with strong copywriting skills
- Demonstrated experience producing and editing social-first content for TikTok and Instagram
- Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to ideate and execute creative concepts quickly and independently
- Familiarity with Western entertainment and Southeast Asian pop culture
- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience working with entertainment brands or media companies is a plus
