Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Interface with our truck network to coordinate a cost-effective supply arrangement with customers.
* Utilize computerized systems to view stock levels, coordinate dispatch, and allocate loads to trucks.
* Utilize truck tracking systems to monitor deliveries and provide delivery status information to customers.
* Partner with internal production, sales, technical, and transport teams.
Requirements:
* A team player with excellent communication, customer service, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing fast-paced environment while maintaining high service levels.
* Computer proficiency.
* Previous logistics experience ideally with allocations, planning, dispatch, general freight, and/or warehousing is desirable.
* NHVR fatigue management knowledge is preferred but not essential, as full training will be offered.
