We're looking for an enthusiastic, high-standards operator to own our recruitment pipeline and deliver a standout onboarding experience for every new telefundraiser.

The Role
You'll run end-to-end recruitment, keep our talent pipeline full, and deliver our structured 2-day induction for all new starters. You set the tone from day one to set clear expectations, ethical sales fundamentals, system training, role-plays, and getting people call-ready.
You'll also deliver regular refresher training to keep our teams sharp.
What You'll Do
Source, screen and hire quality sales-driven talent
Run group and individual interviews
Manage onboarding admin and compliance
Lead the 2-day induction for all new hires
Deliver sales, script and objection-handling training
Run ongoing refresher and capability sessions
Work closely with Head of Operations, Call Centre Manager and Team Leaders to ensure smooth transitions into calling
What You Bring
Proven recruitment experience (call centre/sales ideal)
Confident presenter and trainer
Strong communication, organisation and follow-through
Ability to engage groups and lift energy in the room
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Ethical, professional and committed to quality hiring
