About the Role
* As a Customer Development Manager, you will work closely with Repco Store Managers to build strong business relationships with target customers.
* With a sales focus, you will be supported by an effective CRM system and best-in-class promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs.
* Manage relationships of around 150 customers.
* Achieve sales performance targets.
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
Requirements
* Thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
* Sales and/or customer management experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
* Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* A valid Australian driver's license.
* A passion for all things automotive.
