At Catholic Healthcare, we're seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our supportive Home & Community Clinical team.
This role is ideal for those who genuinely care about providing high-quality care to the elderly and have a strong passion for nursing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct clinical nursing care to clients in their homes in line with best practice nursing procedures. This will include conducting clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment, and catheter changing. Additionally, they will develop holistic nursing care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, Care Advisors, and Allied health professionals where relevant. They will also provide safe, quality nursing practice to clients with specific needs or complex needs, such as wound care and palliative care.
* A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar degree
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience
* Experience in clinical assessments
* Initiative and ability to work independently
* Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products and ability to pick up new systems
* NSW driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check
* Competitive hourly pay rate and kms reimbursed (99 cents per km)
