Leadership Role - Depot Supervisor
This leadership role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the effective operation of our depot. The successful candidate will possess proven experience leading teams in an operational environment, with strong decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a valid HR licence or willingness to obtain one.
* Supervise and support a team of bus drivers to deliver reliable and customer-focused services.
* Drive and support day-to-day operations, including scheduling, absentee management, and resource planning.
* Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with fatigue management regulations and enterprise agreements.
* Handle roster variations, pay queries, and other administrative tasks to ensure payroll accuracy.
* Maintain a strong safety culture, respond to incidents, and support investigations when required.
* Foster a high-performance team culture, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
