As a Clinical Administration Officer in our Integrated Care Refugee Health Service, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and accessible clinical administration services to our diverse client group.
Your key responsibilities will include managing patient reception, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, handling facilities management, booking interpreter and transport services, preparing clear and timely agendas and minutes, and performing other administrative duties as required.
You will also be responsible for contributing to fostering a positive team culture, sharing knowledge, and working towards solutions to improve systems, processes, and policies. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to work across various IC sites in and around Adelaide.
