The Role: Senior Architectural & Design Sales Representative

Based in Meadowbrook, QLD, you will be the face of G-LUX in the region, working closely with architects, interior designers, developers, builders and stonemasons to specify premium surface materials for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the A&D and construction sectors

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Queensland

Drive G-LUX product specifications into projects at early stages

Conduct engaging product presentations, CPD sessions, and site visits

Maintain a healthy pipeline of projects using CRM tools to track progress

Deliver sales forecasts, market feedback, and strategic insights

Execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share

Represent G-LUX across social media and industry platforms as a brand ambassador

About You:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the architectural, design, or construction sectors preferably with stones and tiles

A strong existing network in Queensland's A&D industry

A natural relationship-builder with exceptional communication skills

Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously

Confident in CRM tools and reporting

Passionate about beautiful materials, great design, and delivering premium service
