The Role:
As a 'go-to' person for this team of 4, this role will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills.
On a daily basis, your duties will include:
* Diary, e-mail and appointment management
* Communication with solicitors during the sales process
* Liaising with the marketing team
* Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
* Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
* Manage the exchanges and settlements process
* Preparing for open homes
* Manage vendors
* CRM Database management - Vault
* Attend open homes & auctions on Saturdays when required

The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar real estate role is essential
* Certificate of Registration is a REQUIRED
* Ability to manage a busy workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
* Provide a high stand of customer service
* Must have driver's license & car
* Must be extremely well-presented
