Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐quality personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes.
* Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
* Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.
* Assist with mobility and transportation to medical appointments and community outings.
* Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable setting.
* Observe and report any changes in clients' health, wellbeing, or behaviour.
About You
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for aged care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements
* Availability for casual and on‐call shifts.
* Valid Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
* Valid Working with Vulnerable People Check.
* Must have Full Australian driver's licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
* Previous experience in Aged Care, NDIS, or a similar support role is highly regarded.
