We are a locally owned and operated pest control company with a solid reputation for reliability, quality, and great customer service. We’re looking for an organized, proactive and people-focused PEST CONTROL Office Administrator to take ownership of the admin side of our business.
We are looking for someone with prior experience within the pest control admin industry.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, responsible for ensuring our jobs run smoothly from booking to completion. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating schedules for our technicians, and keeping the office running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client bookings and scheduling of jobs
Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate technician calendars and allocate jobs effectively
Maintain client records and update the system with job details
Assist with invoicing, quoting, and basic reporting
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
General administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
About You
Previous admin or scheduling experience (PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY PREFFERED)
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with excellent phone and email manner
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (and willingness to learn industry software)
A friendly, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
