Stock Controller role available
**Your new company**
Our client is looking for a Stock Controller to join their head office based in Canley Vale reporting to the NSW Manager and sitting alongside the Sales Coordinator. You will be working within the Construction Industry.
**Your new role**
- Observe OHS requirements as per company policy
- Assist with internal phone calls for sales enquiries and deal with small job enquiries
- Assist the sales team with quotations
- Coordinate stock with job requirements
- Tracking projects and working with reps to finalise
- Data entry
- Processing orders
- Assist in the management of all interstate and intrastate stock movement
- General admin duties
- Arrange transport to and from site when required
- Review incoming invoices to ensure they are correct and calculation of freight recharges
- Partaking in all stock takes within your branch
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Fluent in MS Office suite (word and excel)
- Proven experience working within the construction industry
- Good numerical skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable
