Key System Infrastructure Role
This position involves designing and implementing complex server infrastructures across multiple departments and offices. The focus is on cloud migration, ensuring IT infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and effective.
The role requires troubleshooting critical system issues, automating routine tasks, and maintaining accurate technical documentation. Opportunities for improvement should be identified.
Responsibilities
* Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Manage and support cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure platforms.
* Maintain core infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, telephony, backup/recovery, and security.
* Provide an escalation point for complex user hardware/software issues.
* Contribute to ICT infrastructure component design, planning, and delivery for business and digital transformation projects.
