Quality and Compliance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our organization in a part-time role based at our Ballarat office.
This management appointment sits within the leadership group and will work closely with the leaders to ensure an organization-wide integrated approach to quality, risk, and safeguarding including developing and administering policy, and internal audit frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance and risk management frameworks and ideally have 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar quality assurance/management role.
The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting organisational culture that is enabled by strong systems and governance to oversee organisational risk, quality assurance and safeguarding across the entire organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and administer policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure effective implementation of quality and risk management frameworks.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to promote a culture of quality and compliance.
* Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve organisational performance.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance and risk management frameworks.
* Experience in a similar quality assurance/management role.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent track record of working closely with teams and a natural aptitude to lead others on the quality compliance journey.
