**The Role**
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders to execute and manage end-to-end campaigns with a focus on emergency customer communications, direct marketing and customer experience. You will implement and deliver personalised marketing campaigns to ensure timely and efficient communication to customers across the full product portfolio, with an understanding that the information you provide to customers should be timely, legally correct and within an informative manner.
Key to the role:
- End to end campaign development, across strategy and tactics best practice
- Implementation of the marketing activity
- Working across brand to ensure all communications are aligned with the business tone of voice
- End to end campaign management across a targeted calendar being able to deliver on time in budget, managing assets across direct and digital channels
- Work with key stakeholders to enhance campaign performance and execution
If you are a hands on experienced marketing manager with proven marketing experience in a direct marketing or CRM, then I want to hear from you.
- A minimum 3 - 8 years' experience in Marketing campaigns with direct, CRM and digital campaigns
- Experience within financial services preferable
- Understanding of working with large customer data bases, targeting segmentation across consumer groups as well as 121 marketing.
- Experience in project management, analytics and strong stakeholder management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Your success will come down to your ability to manage multiple projects, someone who will be able to work in a fast-paced agile environment, who can manage relationship's with both internal and external key stakeholders. As well being the customer champion your technical skills will be exceptional.
