Graphic Design Manager
The role of the Graphic Design Manager is to lead hands-on creative graphic design, including ideation, pitching, execution, and team direction. The successful candidate will oversee the Graphics & Copy teams' contributions to go-to-market stories, campaigns, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end creation of multimedia marketing assets.
* Review and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency and design quality.
* Ensure cohesive integration of design, copy, photography, and animation.
* Oversee creative output of in-house designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience in managing, motivating, and guiding a team to achieve set goals. They will also have experience in retail graphic design, be able to work well under pressure, and have impeccable organisational skills.
