Your Role
As a Senior Business Analyst you'll be a key point of contact for the Digital & Process group, providing structured business analysis, process optimisation and system implementation support to enable effective business transformation.
Responsibilities
* Lead the documentation and analysis of current and future state business processes including gap and change impact analysis
* Gather, validate and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and facilitated workshops
* Support system implementation activities including configuration testing, vendor liaison and deployment
* Provide data analysis, reporting and insights to inform decision‐making and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support change management activities including training delivery and knowledge transfer to end users
* Identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies and enhancements

You'll Need
* A degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
* Demonstrated experience (5 years) in business analysis, process improvement and/or system implementation roles
* Strong capability in business process modelling, requirements documentation and stakeholder facilitation
* Experience supporting system implementations and working with vendors
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills with the ability to distil complex information for executive‐level audiences
* Experience in data analysis and reporting tools
* Experience in change management activities and training delivery
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is desirable
A high level of computer literacy with experience across enterprise systems, data and reporting platforms.We Offer
