This is a key leadership role within a high-performing Technology team, where you'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and external vendors to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
What you'll do:
- Deliver complex tech projects across web, mobile, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and success criteria.
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to keep delivery on track.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Use Jira, Confluence and best-practice frameworks to manage delivery effectively.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end tech projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms (MS Azure a bonus).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and modern collaboration tools.
- Solid technical understanding of Microsoft technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt and lead from the front—not just track progress.
