Based in Altona North, we are proud to be delivering vital infrastructure maintenance across the region.
We are seeking an experienced Division Manager in Civil to lead and grow our civil operations.
This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing project delivery, financial performance, team leadership, and strategic growth across our civil portfolio.
Reporting to the Executive Team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the Civil Division, including operations, people, and financial performance
Oversee delivery of civil projects ensuring safety, quality, budget, and program requirements are met
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability
Manage and mentor Project Managers, Supervisors, and field teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting
Contribute to tendering, estimating, and business development activities About You
Proven experience in a senior management role within the civil construction industry
Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls
Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (desirable)
Current driver's licence
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and WHS legislation What We Offer
