Golden State Distribution is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Dairy Milk Delivery Driver with MR license to join our team in Balcatta, Western Australia.
This route is an opportunity for complete ownership from start to finish and ability to forge robust relationships with our customers in the area.
What you'll be doing
- Safely operate a medium rigid manual vehicle to transport dairy products to various customer locations
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Unload vehicles, handling goods with care to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Adhere to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our distribution processes
What we're looking for
- Hold a valid MR or HR Class driver's licence and have a proven track record of safe driving
- Reliability, positivity, a strong willingness to learn and ability to solve problems
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to upholding safety standards
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 20kg to shoulder height
- Knowledge of relevant road transport regulations and best practices
