Allied Health Manager – NDIS & Community Aged Care
Newcastle, NSW | Full Time
About The Role
As an Allied Health Manager, you'll take the reins on a diverse and meaningful portfolio of programs—including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, Community Aged Care and more. You'll steer a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver services that are person-centred, strengths-based, and truly life-changing. The role spans a service lifespan from paediatric, young people, adults and aged care. You'll report to our Director of Community & Allied Health and be responsible for planning and budgets, team development and service innovation. The office is located at Woodrising with hybrid work options.

About You
Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and current registration with the relevant professional body
Minimum 3+ years in a leadership/management role within Allied Health
Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Check, National Police Check and Driver's Licence
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and managing multidisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of NDIS, Aged Care and early intervention services
Excellent communication, strategic planning and budget management skills
Key Deliverables
Lead and manage Allied Health teams and funded programmes
Drive service quality, innovation and continuous improvement
Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
Ensure compliance with NDIS, Aged Care and organisational standards
Develop strategic plans, budgets and marketing initiatives
Manage incidents, audits and stakeholder relationships
Promote a culture of wellness, safety and social justice
