OVERVIEW: Our clients are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic team, working on high-profile, large-scale construction projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing expert cost advice and feasibility insights to stakeholders Working closely with design, delivery, and client teams to keep projects on track and aligned. Spotting cost risks, identifying opportunities, and contributing to value-driven solutions. Leading the preparation of detailed tender estimates, budgets, cost plans, and take-offs. Managing subcontractor and supplier engagement, from invitations and queries to proposal evaluation. Reviewing third-party BOQs and keeping trade cost and benchmarking data up to date. Supporting innovative bid strategies that set your tenders apart. CRITERIA: 3 years of experience in estimating (Must have local experience). Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods. Proficient in either CostX, Excel, Aconex, EstimateOne, and other estimating tools. A proactive, solution-focused communicator who thrives in collaborative and high-pressure environments.
