About the Role
* We require applicants to operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in meat processing, including tasks such as repetitive lifting, pulling, pushing, holding and carrying loads of up to 8-13 kgs.
* The selected candidate will need to adhere to strict food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
* Collaboration with the production team and supervisors is necessary to ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily targets.
* The role involves rotating tasks to ensure variety in daily duties.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment is essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A strong commitment to safe work practices at all times is required.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other team members are essential.
* The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment while completing repetitive tasks.
* Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods of time are necessary.
