Supporting Seniors and NDIS Customers in Their Homes
As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing tailored person-centered services and activities of choice to seniors and NDIS customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing support to customers with varying needs and preferences.
* Working collaboratively with customers to achieve their goals and objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Has a Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification.
* Is enthusiastic and engaging with customers.
* Has excellent communication skills.
