Overview
An opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the busy Operating Theatre and Recovery departments as a Nurse Educator. Experience in all surgical specialties including general, colorectal, ear nose and throat, ophthalmology, orthopaedic, gynaecology, oral and maxillofacial, vascular and urology and all roles within the perioperative department is desirable.
Qualifications
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Well developed interpersonal skills within a team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Working rights in Australia are mandatory
Position Requirements
This position requires a National Criminal History Check (NCHC) and a Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the Office of the Children's Guardian. It also requires meeting the vaccination requirements for a NSW Health Category A position, excluding COVID‐19 and Influenza vaccinations. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).
