Assistant Sales Manager-New and Used cars
Scotts Automotive Group Sydney, a fully owned subsiduary of VT Holdings based in Japan is seeking to employ a full time Assistant Sales Manager - New and Used vehicles to join our team at Northern Beaches Honda,Brookvale NSW
You must have experience in a Management role leading a sales team. You will also have experience delivering sales results in volume & gross profits, by measuring, monitoring and managing the team, plus provide an exceptional customer experience.
A generous package consisting of retainer, maintained company car/Car Allowance, and to top it off an excellent commission structure.
Immediate Start,10 day fortnight roster.
About the Role
- Managing all aspects of selling new and used cars, including following up on internet leads, assisting walk-in customers, and handling paperwork.
- Manage the teams daily activities and goals
- Meeting monthly sales targets to contribute to the dealership's success.
- Generate regular reports and present insights to Senior Management
- Assisting with showroom presentation and coordinating yard changes as needed.
- Conducting test drives for potential customers.
- Demonstrating a can-do attitude and providing exceptional pre- and post-sales customer service
About You
- Experience in a management role in the automotive industry
- Honda experience highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, focused, professional, and reliable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- High level customer service and ability to maintain good relationships
- Completion of National Police Check
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
