About the Role
We are seeking qualified tradespeople or experienced fabricators/welders to join our team.
You'll be responsible for welding and fabricating a variety of metal types using modern, high-quality equipment in a clean, well-organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components.
* Interpret and work from workshop drawings (with support from our engineering team).
* Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail.
* Work safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards.
* Contribute positively to our team culture and be willing to assist where needed.
Skills and Experience
* Trade qualification or demonstrated experience in the metal fabrication industry.
* MIG and TIG welding experience across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
* Experience in stainless steel polishing highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
* Forklift license (advantageous).
* Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
* Willingness to work overtime when required.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
