About This Role:
As a key administrative support professional, you will be the primary contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service while assisting the management team with day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting office administration tasks, including accurate data entry and record keeping
* Coordinating scheduling and general office duties
* Providing administrative assistance to senior managers
* Ensuring operational efficiency by working in line with business priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
