Your new role
You will be responsible for:
* Manage and conduct moderately complex quality reviews, applying relevant legislation, policy and procedural guidance to assess compliance and decision‑making quality.
* Perform quality assurance and quality control activities, providing clear, evidence‑based written reasons for review outcomes.
* Identify risks to participants or the broader scheme environment and take appropriate action in line with established processes.
* Accurately record data and commentary using required systems, tools and formats while adhering to privacy and data‑handling requirements.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing insights, identifying best‑practice approaches and supporting improvement initiatives.
* Support and mentor team members to enhance consistency, technical capability and overall quality of review activities.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
* Strong ability to interpret legislation, policies and complex information to make well‑reasoned assessments.
* Confident written communication skills, including clear documentation and accurate data recording.
* Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt to changing workflows.
* Skilled in using business systems and digital tools, or able to quickly learn new platforms.
