Support Role for Young Adult with High-Complexity Care Needs
Our team provides care and support to a young adult male living with a spinal cord injury and Level 3 Autism (ASD) requiring high-complexity care. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

About the Role
* Provide personal care, medication assistance, transfers, domestic tasks, and community access 24/7 in line with the participant's care plan.
* Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
* Manage catheter care, including preparation of sterile syringes, routine catheter flushes, and drainage bag changes.
* Support bowel therapy, including administering enemas, de-gas procedures, and digital stimulation.
We offer flexible part-time and full-time hours to accommodate your availability. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure their success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
* A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Support Worker or relevant experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.
* Current National Police Clearance, Australian Driver Licence, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
