Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial property and development documents
Negotiate deals and provide strategic advice to clients
Identify and manage key commercial risks in transactions
Collaborate with senior lawyers and cross-function teams to deliver solutions
About you
The successful applicant will have:
Minimum 12 months up to 3 years PAE with proven experience working on, or passion for, commercial property & development matters within a recognised property team in private practice
Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to spot key issues quickly
Excellent drafting, organisation, and time-management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Current knowledge of legal and market developments
Effective negotiation skills and a proactive, professional mindset
