The role of a Support Worker Multi-Skilled involves providing tailored person-centred services and activities to seniors and NDIS customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support seniors and NDIS customers with varying support needs to provide domestic assistance services.
* Work alongside customers to promote their independence and deliver high-quality care.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, families, carers, community agencies, and other professionals.
Requirements
* Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification and/or experience in aged care or disability support.
* Experience working with diverse customer groups, including seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability.
* Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
* Understanding of professional boundaries and privacy issues in aged care and disability support settings.
