What You Will Be Doing
* Support individuals with personal care in a way that promotes dignity and independence.
* Assist with safe manual handling using equipment like hoists and transfer aids.
* Follow individual care plans to support health needs such as epilepsy and wound care.
* Administer medication safely and accurately according to medication management plans.
* Prepare and support mealtimes according to mealtime management plans.
* Help individuals maintain a clean and safe home environment, for example light cleaning, laundry, shopping.
* Assist with community access, social inclusion, and everyday outings.
* Encourage and enable daily living skills to build confidence and independence.
