We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administration Clerk to join our team in a finance administration role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process incoming payments and allocate banking journals
* Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
* Monitor outstanding debtor balances and follow collection procedures
* Lodge debt recovery actions for long-overdue accounts
* Assist with customer credit applications and maintain accurate data
* Resolve payment queries and liaise with internal departments
* Maintain accurate customer account records and support reporting requirements
* Generate and issue invoices to customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Support end-of-month and year-end tasks and contribute to general administrative duties
