Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify growth opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, establish partnerships, and develop strategies to expand the company's reach in the IT, security, and renewable energy sectors. Key responsibilities will also include market analysis, developing proposals, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets to drive business revenue growth. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
* Experience in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Building
* Knowledge of Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Business Strategy Development
* Familiarity with IT, Surveillance, or Renewable Energy sectors is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet tight deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
