Office Manager
Location: Tuggerah
Rate: $70,000 plus super
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Between 7am - 6pm (Fulltime 40 hours a week)
Some weekend work will be required.
Your new company
Hays has partnered with a trusted company of pet care professionals. This company sets out to provide pets with a safe, supported, and relaxed environment, and they are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual to join their office team to manage day-to-day tasks.
Your new role

* Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Perform and supervise duties in technical animal care and office routines
* Manage customer relations
* Maintain efficiency in staffing and rostering
* Reaching and exceeding monthly budgets
* Maintain the boarding facility's appearance through general housekeeping
* Comply with Health and Safety requirements


What you'll need to succeed

* Experience with administration, accounts and management is essential
* Previous experience working in facility management, hospitality or cleaning is highly desirable
* Hands-on animal experience is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with your team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
