With a portfolio of iconic venues and catering partnerships across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra, including some of Australia’s most prestigious cultural institutions – this business delivers exceptional experiences across private, corporate, and institutional sectors.
This is a key executive leadership position reporting directly to the COO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team. You’ll shape and execute national strategies that drive growth, elevate brand presence, and foster deep client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a national team across Sales, Marketing, and Events
* Lead new business acquisitions and tender processes
* Develop and deliver a dynamic commercial strategy aligned to business objectives
* Drive B2B sales performance across private events, corporate catering, and venue partnerships
* Oversee brand, content, digital, and campaign marketing initiatives
* Manage budgets, CRM systems, reporting, and customer experience improvements
* Represent the business at key client meetings, events, and industry activations
About You
* Proven experience in a senior Sales & Marketing leadership role within hospitality, events, or lifestyle sectors
* A strategic operator with strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership style
* Demonstrated success in B2B sales, team management, and brand development
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM systems
* Energetic, driven, collaborative, and passionate about creating impact
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive executive salary package of $180,000 - $200,000 + Super
