About The Role
As the Renewal Operations Manager, you’ll be part of the team delivering our pub renovation program, focusing on all elements of projects leading up to and including launch. This role is responsible for operational delivery and coordination of venue renewals, partnering closely with relevant teams across ALH and the broader Endeavour Group to realise our purpose of creating pub experiences locals love.

Responsibilities
- Program manage the successful rollout and operational delivery of the Renewal and Acquisition program for ALH Hotels.
- Manage project launch coordination and facilitation, incorporating all relevant stakeholders, including Architects, Building Contractors, Venue Operations, Commercial teams, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Finance.
- Drive performance of key metrics for the portfolio which contribute to overall national performance.
- Collaborate with internal Construction PMs, contributing to preparation, planning, coordination, launch and return on investment reviews of projects.
- Be the key point of contact and communication for the Renewals program for all internal & external stakeholders.
What we need from you / Qualifications
- An experienced Publican with pub launches and/or renewals experience.
- Track record of driving performance and commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and articulate a vision.
- Strategy execution, and project/program management experience.
- Innovative and creative mindset, adaptable and effective in complex and ambiguous environments.
- This role will require travel within the portfolio.
