What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles, sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in key positions.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, using your expertise to deliver valuable insights and tailored recruitment strategies for clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and build NES Fircroft’s reputation within your sector.
- Candidate Management: Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, sharing your experience to help them grow in their recruitment careers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment Experience: Extensive experience in recruitment in an agency setting.
- Industry Experience: Proven expertise in Power & Renewable Energy
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a solutions-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Self Starter: Motivated and driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
