Receptionist - Permanent Part time Position
4 days/week: Thursday, Friday – 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, Sunday – 10 AM to 4 PM (Weekend penalties). Location: 827/829 Nepean Highway, Mornington, VIC 3931.
At Regis, we recognise the importance of the receptionist role in delivering excellent service. We are seeking a dedicated and organised receptionist to be the face of our home in Mornington for 4 days per week.

How You Will Support
- Answering all telephone enquiries
- Maintain files and documentation
- General administration and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
- Ensuring efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
- Administrative support for other departments of the home
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in a busy reception role
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines autonomously
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone and customer service skills
- Experience in a busy, changing workplace
- Bright and friendly demeanour with willingness to assist with all enquiries

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, including NDIS or police check (role dependent), current year flu vaccination, and certification proof.
