Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will implement and manage the marketing activity for a residential/commercial project portfolio to drive sales. This position is great for a Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Coordinator wanting to step up into a Manager position, Account Manager wanting to go client-side, or Marketing Manager looking for something new. (You will not have anyone reporting into you) Perks of the company: Salary is up to $120K + Super + Discretionary Bonus (Based on Experience) Exposure to a high-end, premium brand who breed innovation A business that recognises achievements and will recognise and reward their team Incredible offices with a private chef, that display their style of quality Clear development pathway and collaborative team Activities and events building team morale Preference for in-office collaboration, with ad hoc flexibility whenever required Your daily duties will include: Manage the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and budgets for a portfolio of projects Review and report on performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement Attend weekly project sales meetings Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute project specific digital strategies, generating online content and conducting campaign analysis Brief and oversee external and internal creative teams to high quality standards Generate lead targets in accordance with project sales targets Utilise the CRM system for segmentation and nurturing prospects Manage the budget management for project campaigns Ad hoc content creation and social media responsibilities To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes: 2 - 4 + years' experience ideally in Project Marketing (Residential or Commercial) Agency experience working with Property Development clients a big bonus!
