Hobart Waterfront Apartments is operated by Lenna of Hobart and prides itself on the level of customer service it offers to visitors.
As a Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for welcoming our guests, being professional at all times, completing check-ins and checkouts, answering phones, taking reservations, front office administration and managing guest accounts.
The successful applicant will be working on their own at the property with support provided from Lenna of Hobart when required.
The role will be approx. 4 shifts per week for 4 - 6 hours each. This role will be afternoon/evening shifts finishing at 8 or 9pm including weekends and public holidays.
Permanent part time or casual positions available.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Minimum 12 months+ Front Office experience preferred
* High level of customer service and a great smile
* Be able to interact comfortably with guests from all locations and backgrounds
* Professional at all times
* Well groomed, presented and spoken
* Ability to work independently
* Full availability across a 7 day roster including: weekdays, weekends, public holidays, morning, afternoon and evening shifts, Christmas, New Year etc.
